Configured kits may require additional build time. If yours needs extra handling, we will email you with an updated ship date before it leaves our facility.

• Qualifying U.S. orders ship free via UPS Ground to the contiguous United States.
• Most Ground shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

If you are unsure about fitment, contact us with your year, make, model, and any existing modifications before ordering.

NastyHog parts include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation.

• Finish defects, structural issues, or component failure caused during manufacturing.
• Normal wear, improper installation, crash damage, and modifications made after delivery are not covered.
• Contact us with your order number and photos if you believe a part qualifies for warranty service.

Standard, unmodified items in new condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Because configured kits are built to your specifications, customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Contact our team before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

We primarily ship from our U.S. fulfillment center. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may incur additional freight charges calculated at checkout.

International orders may be available depending on the product and destination. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If the box or parts are damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Take photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged items.
• Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
• We will help arrange a replacement or claim with the carrier when applicable.
